The landscape embraces the character of the Gold Coast coastline and hinterland, celebrates a strong connection to water, and establishes a series of connected external spaces blended into the built form.
The plant palette is dominated by colourful endemic Gold Coast species which shade outdoor spaces from the midday sun and drive the subtropical, coastal character of the landscape.
