The Noosa Civic expansion was designed to be a place that was curated for community. The landscape design mirrors Noosa’s local fabric, woven within the expansive hinterland of Noosa National Park and the abundant coastline. Laneways extending from the street into the cool, shaded dining areas activate the area day and night. The Civic Spine blurs the line between ‘public’ and ‘private’ space, allowing for locals and visitors to dwell in the space, creating a warm buzz throughout the precinct.

Main Street is defined by extensive greenery and shade, mature street trees and wide planted verges. Landscaped retail and residential entries using local species create welcoming destinations for visitors and residents.
