The landscape concept seeks to create an organic feeling within an otherwise urban environment, showcasing the colours and textures of the local native flora and emphasising vertical greenery.

A lush, green entry threshold creates a cooling and welcoming arrival experience, with a communal rooftop providing space for gathering, relaxing and unwinding.

The planting palette showcases endemic and edible species – creating a flowering understorey with a sub-tropical shady canopy.
