the midday sun and drive the sub-tropical, relaxed character of the proposed
landscape. The understory comprises sculptural species to underpin the Art Deco
style, such as the Giant Bird of Paradise, Cigar Plant, and Wild Iris. A strong and unique planting character underpins the landscape, creating a truly special place for residents.
