The landscape concept responds to the project’s coastal, subtropical environment and embraces the sculptured coastline of the Noosa Heads showcasing a mix of iconic, native Noosa plants and exotic accents.

Signature species including the Pandanus and Fraser Island Creeper are used to celebrate arrival and add sculptural and colourful elements to the project. Landscape and architecture interact, indoor and outside are blurred, the project celebrates a verdant and relaxed Noosa.
